ms 016 Back and Seat Sponges

The back unit is made of 12mm beech contra carcass inside, the seat unit is internally metal frame, 55 Kg / m3 (ISO845) density is made of water-based polyurethane material in accordance with international non-flammability (ISO3795) and permanent defermosis (ISO1856) standards.

ms 016 Back and Seat Units

ms 016 Fabric

100% polyester fabrics with friction resistance, non-flammability and colorfastness are used, weighing 220-280 g / m2, rubbing fastness of 50,000 cycles.

ms 016 Armrests

Metal carcass, fabric-covered decorative wooden box is used for the rails.A 20mm thick polished wooden armrest unit is integrated onto the fully fabric covered armrests.

ms 016 Support Legs and Metal Body

Back and seat upholstery is built on specially shaped double steel profile carrier legs. Metal body welding processes are made with gas arc welding and continuous welding system is applied at the joints. All metal parts are painted with electrostatic powder paint of 80 micron ± 10 thickness.
